Online:Goblin Research
|
Quick Walkthrough[edit]
- Go to Toad-Tongue War Camp.
- Defeat War Chief Zathmoz and collect 3 Researcher's Notes.
- Speak with Britta Silanus in Leyawiin.
Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
Receive the quest from the daily job broker, Britta Silanus, in Leyawiin. After starting the quest, head to Toad-Tongue War Camp in northwestern Blackwood. The Doomvault Vulpinaz Wayshrine is the closest and to the west of the location. When War Chief Zathmoz has spawned, you and your allies can fight and defeat the Goblin. During the fight, watch out for the additional spawns and the two minibosses Thigz and Vigz.
The second part of the quest is to collect the Researcher's Notes from the area. One will be on the ground near the chief's tent. The other two will be near the tents just southeast of the first one. Once you have defeated the Goblin war chief and collected the three scrolls of notes, head back to Britta Silanus in Leyawiin:
- The Toad-Tongues won't bother anyone for a while. And I collected the research notes.
- "Good! Toad-Tongue raids brought trade in northern Blackwood to a standstill. And our unfortunate scholar would be glad to know that her notes survived.
Thank you, on behalf of Leyawiin. We'll have other jobs for you in the future."

- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
