Fynvagh is a Reachman who can be encountered around the Reach. He is found with his brother Drisoal and his mother Anadeth in the wilderness.

Dialogue

Haven't completed main quest:

"Only a fool would allow strangers to approach in times like these. You'll find a knife in your gullet should you try anything.
We head for Markarth. You ought do the same. Dark things surround us and only stone walls might hold them back."

What dark things do you speak of?

"Have you lost your senses? How could you miss those storms? And the screams in the air?
Bands of the beasts sweeping across the Reach from here to the northern shores! Vampires and werewolves joined forces—calling themselves the Gray Host."

Do you think Markarth can keep you safe?

"A deal safer than dragging our toes out here, aye. The Ard put the word out for anyone with legs to make for the safety of the walls. Caddach's many things, but a fool ain't one of them."

If you are a vampire:

You know, I'm a vampire.

"This is no time for such dark jokes, outsider! Not when so many run for their lives. You … did joke, aye? Nah, of course you did."

Completed main quest:

"Have you heard, stranger? The Miracle at Markarth, they're calling it—our loved ones dead from the Gray Host attack, returned to life!
We want to see it with our own eyes. Can it be true?"

It's true. The dead have returned to life.

"Well, then, we can't waste time out here! As soon as mother's rested and my brother's pulled that stick from his arse, we head for Markarth. The rest of our clan waits for us!"
