The Blasted Breton

The Blasted Breton is a retired ship docked in Alten Corimont, which houses the Fighters Guild and the Mages Guild branches and The Ship's Hold Inn. A skyshard can be found at the base of the bowsprit. There can be two safeboxes on board the ship. One is at the stern near the Mages Guild, another one is near the Fighters Guild members. An intermediate safebox can be found in The Ship's Hold Inn, between a greens basket and the wall.
