Fiapert is a Reachman commoner who can be found eating in his tent at Rebel's Retreat with his puppy, Squirrelchaser, and Maeverit. Sometimes, he can also be seen drinking from the gourd near the dining area. Initially, he wears armor in the Coldsnap Goblin style, but after you've completed a certain amount of Story Quests in the Reach, he changes his attire to armor in the Wayward Guardian style. He has no unique dialogue.
