The Exorcised Coven Cottage is a medium player house in Glenumbra (Near [Hag Fen]). To purchase this house with gold, you needed to complete the An Unsparing Harvest achievement (only available during the Witches Festival) and Room to Spare. You do not need to complete the achievement to purchase it for Crowns. It is available to purchase through the Crown Store during the event (e.g. October 19, 2017 to November 1, 2017 or October 22, 2020 to November 3, 2020). Cost: 250,000 Gold
