Emi'liah is a powerful nereid residing in the eastern portion of Shada's Tear. She is responsible for corrupting the waters in the burial ground.

Frost Bolt
Basic ranged attack that deals high frost damage.
Winter's Reach
Emi'liah sends out a trail of ice magic at you, dealing very high frost damage and snaring you.
Frozen Aura
Emi'liah encases herself in ice, allowing her to cast Frozen Grip.

Emi'liah shrouds you in ice magic, dealing minor physical damage over time.
Hurricane
Emi'liah creates a swirling vortex around itself, dealing constant moderate frost damage and snaring all targets standing within the doughnut-shaped area. This can be interrupted to stagger Emi'liah. It can be cast while silent and has no indicator.
Water Geyser
Emi'liah causes a poison-looking geyser to erupt beneath your feet with a delay, as indicated by a slowly growing red circular AoE, dealing very high frost damage.
Corrupted Water
Throughout the fight, several very large and slow moving poison swirls AoEs will be present, dealing continuous moderate poison damage while inside. Stepping inside them also causes you to get pulled down under, effectively stunning you, from which you cannot break free and must wait for it to end after 4 seconds. At 75% health, there are three swirls, four at 50% health, and five at 25%.
Summon Nedes
At 75%, 50% and 25% health, Nedic Ice Mages and Warriors will spawn from the water to assist Emi'liah.

When approached:

Emi'liah: "Give yourself to Shada. It is useless to resist."

75% health:

Emi'liah: "The waves of the nereids will carry you away!"

50% health:

Emi'liah: "The water will not let you escape!"

25% health:

Emi'liah: "Why must you resist us? Let the waters run through you!"
