- Change the mount of a Companion and then mount up beside them.
Comrade's Steed is obtained by changing your companion's default mount to one of your own. To do this, in Companion Menu, accessible from your companion's dialogue options, navigate to the Overview - Collectibles - Mounts section and set active any non-default mount. Achievement will be awarded next time you mount up beside that companion.
