Burbet is a Nord merchant selling her wares to harvest-goers on the bridge leading to the Everwound Wellspring.

Dialogue

When spoken to before completing Oasis in a Metal Desert she'll say,

"I'm sure they'll [sic] be enough from the harvest to go around. But just in case, why don't you take a look at what I'm selling today."

"So many people gather on harvest day at the Wellspring! Not only is it an exciting time, it can be quite profitable for a merchant of my skill and ample endowments."

"If you walk on by, not only will you miss out on an exciting encounter with a buxom young merchant, but you won't get to take advantage of my overly generous nature."

After the quest has been completed she will say,

"I'm not sure what all happened in the Everwound Wellspring, but at least the people who cross this bridge still have need of my wares. Feel like doing some shopping today?"

"Did you hear? The apprentices have taken charge of the Everwound Wellspring! I hope that means there's more fresh greens in my future. I could really use the ruffage! Can I see you something today?"

"You were in there, weren't you? The Wellspring? Is it as beautiful as they say? All green and lush and vibrant? Maybe someday they'll let me in for a little look around. That would be exciting. Until then, I've got wares to sell. Take a look!"
