Oblivion talk:ConsoleItemCodes
Where can I find the item-Codes to items i have (for example)? I'm searching for the codes of the Sigil Stones... CtV 21:34, 24 May 2006 (EDT)
I'd try the codes database at Planet Elder Scrolls: http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionCheats.List&game=4&category_show_all=1 I believe you can also drop the item and click on it with the console open and it should show you the code at the top. --ImaCelery 22:05, 24 May 2006 (EDT)
there are no codes for sigil-stones on PES, either :( and the codes, that are shown by clicking on them in the "world" are difrent to those that are used to adress items in the inventory. CtV 19:55, 26 May 2006 (EDT)
If you look here -> Sigil Stones You can find the consule codes you need in a nice table. Of course this is a few months after you were looking for them, but there they are. --Lorenz03Tx 20 July 2006 (edt)
- Out of curiosity, I just went through the history of the Oblivion:Enchanting page, and that table has actually been there pretty much unchanged since 28 April, so someone should have been able to dig up this link back when these messages were posted. Oops!--Nephele 13:24, 20 July 2006 (EDT)
Spliting[edit]
I think this page should be split into a page for each kind of item Bobjr777 18:51, 11 February 2007 (EST)
- Actually, that has already been done: see all the pages listed at Oblivion:Items. This page really isn't being maintained any more, since it has been replaced by the various Item pages. --Nephele 20:01, 11 February 2007 (EST)
Ceremonial[edit]
Any other Glass/Elven/Dwarven ceremonial items, other than whats listed here? ImmortalKaine 00:54, 18 January 2008 (EST)
- Not in the standard game. Mehrunes Razor adds an item called "Ceremonial Dagger" (Form Id: 0008da4a, Editor Id: MDMehrunesRazor) but it isn't actually present in the game. –Rpeh•T•C•E• 02:30, 18 January 2008 (EST)
- A better list for those items is Oblivion:Replica Items. Especially since I'm about to delete them all from this list, since this list is supposed to only contain items that haven't been incorporated into other wiki pages ;) --NepheleTalk 02:38, 18 January 2008 (EST)
Different Leather Armor[edit]
As stated on this list, the object code "0000C1D6" is for a different kind of Leather Armor, called "Blackwater Cuirass" in the Construction set. In the game, it has a different icon, different appearance, more defense, and is of more gold value. It is obtained from the Blackwater Brigands during the quest on the Bloated Float at the IC Waterfront. The standard leather armor located on the Armor page has the correct code, "0002319A". — Unsigned comment by 121.44.87.87 (talk)
Cleanup[edit]
The banner at the top of the page says that any codes that are available somewhere else should be removed from these tables. Since there are so few of these codes left, are we supposed to put these codes somewhere else and then remove them from the table? E.g. add the code for the empty Colossal Black Soul Gem to the Ambush quest for the mages guild. —Daniellibus E • T • C 22:18, 22 October 2009 (UTC)
- I think this article comes close to a deletion request. I agree that the few still useful item codes should be moved to the various quest articles. Check whether they are already mentioned in the notes section, and see if they need to be added (if you need to remove Quest Item status, for example). --Timenn-<talk> 12:40, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
