Description

There are reports of disappearances and mutilated bodies in western Cyrodiil. Will you help investigate and put an end to it?

Start the quest by reading the Black Horse Courier Crime Report, located in the following areas:

• All Bars/Inns/Taverns in all Cities except for Kvatch
• The Black Horse Courier building in the IC Market District
• The First Edition in the IC Market District
• All Couriers

This is a quest mod that also adds new enemies and a new weapon model. Your character(s) should be at least level 20 before starting this quest, or there may be extreme difficulty with the end.
