Kizra is one of the leaders of the Argonian Smugglers based in Blackwood. She can be found in Red Gill Cave.

Kizra wears a leather cuirass, elven night gauntlets and boots, Greaves of Skill, and a defensive staff. She is armed with a random blade and carries an assortment of potions, gems, jewelry, a staff, three lockpicks, and a copy of The Real Barenziah, vol 1.

If you side with the smugglers during the Slavers and Smugglers quest, she will also offer services; she buys and sells anything except spells, has 1500 barter gold, and a Mercantile skill of 74. She's available between 7am and 7pm, every day.
