The erudition of an alchemist is generally based on the persistence and thirst for knowledge of the person concerned. Finally, the little plants, herbs, and berries must be collected, compared, tested and cataloged. It requires a lot of trouble from the alchemist to try and objectively - yes, objectively - to transfer the precious things to a catalog, while respecting a comprehensible system.
