Basic Information[edit]

This is a list of all of the skill changes made by Morrowind rebirth. Most of the changes center around the balance of certain skills. Note that these changes are subject to change in later releases.

Skill Changes[edit]

Acrobatics[edit]

  • Jump: From 0.15 to 0.1.
  • Fall: From 3.0 to 2.0

Alchemy[edit]

  • Potion Creation: From 2.0 to 1.0.
  • Ingredient use: 0.5 (unchanged)

Armorer[edit]

  • Successful repair: From 0.4 to 1.0.

Athletics[edit]

  • Seconds of running: From 0.02 to 0.01.
  • Second of swimming: From 0.03 to 0.02.

Axe[edit]

  • Successful attack: From 1.2 to 0.75.

Block[edit]

  • Successful block: From 2.5 to 2.0.

Blunt Weapon[edit]

  • Successful attack: From 1.0 to 0.75.

Enchant[edit]

  • Recharge item: 5.0 (unchanged).
  • Use magic item: From 0.1 to 0.20.
  • Create magic item: From 5.0 to 10.00.
  • Cast When Strikes: From 0.0 to 0.05.

Heavy Armor[edit]

  • Hit by opponent: From 1.0 to 0.75.

Light Armor[edit]

  • Hit by opponent: From 1.0 to 0.75.

Long Blade[edit]

  • Successful attack: From 1.0 to 0.75.

Marksman[edit]

  • Successful attack: From 1.0 to 0.75.

Medium Armor[edit]

  • Hit by opponent: From 1.0 to 0.75.

Mercantile[edit]

  • Successful bargain From 0.3 to 0.5.
  • Successful bribe 1.0 (unchanged).

Security[edit]

  • Defeat trap: From 3.0 to 5.0.
  • Pick lock: From 2.0 to 2.5.

Sneak[edit]

  • Avoid notice: From 0.25 to 0.5.
  • Successful pick-pock: From 2.0 to 2.50.

Spear[edit]

  • Successful attack: From 1.0 to 0.75.

Speechcraft[edit]

  • Successful persuasion: From 1.0 to 2.0.
  • Failed persuasion: From 0.0 to 0.1.

Unarmored[edit]

  • Hit by opponent: From 1.0 to 0.75.
