Revision to correct Skyrim Eye of Magnus event sequence

The narrative is very mixed up in the order of events, and does not focus that much on Tolfdir. I'm correcting it.

I'm not sure however if the preference for Lore articles is to be standalone, or to contain links to a gameplay article, so I'm correcting but leaving the format. Let me know if this is ok, as I'm still quite new here. If the format is better served by linking elsewhere, then it would be great if someone did that after I wrangle the sentences into shape.
