Well, I seem to be coming up (so far) empty-handed on references for Skaven. Since this seems to be one of the few cities in Tamriel with nearly no written references or info, I am going to dump any references I (miraculously) find. Halls of the Virtues of War

As the name implies, they're plural. They're like guilds; a hall can be found in most Redguard cities. The page currently treats Skaven as the home of the Hall, which I'm pretty sure is wrong. Minor Edits^{Threats•Evidence} 19:54, 29 March 2014 (GMT)
