Falkreath Hold[edit]
Should we create a separate page for Falkreath Hold, or make this page applicable to both the settlement and the hold? Minor EditsThreats•Evidence 06:03, 11 February 2012 (UTC)
- Since there is so little information, I think that for now having two separate pages is unnecessary. ?• JATalk 06:10, 11 February 2012 (UTC)

- I think we should have a separate page for it. Since pretty much every other town/city has a page and Falkreath is the capital city of the hold it would be better for it to have its own page. (Eddie The Head 06:17, 11 February 2012 (UTC))
Western Skyrim? imperial Falkreath?[edit]
I have never heard anything about a "Western Skyrim" during the Second Era. Also on an offical TESO Map, Falkreath is marked green (imperial). — Unsigned comment by Ayaton (talk • contribs) at 13:06 on 18 February 2016
- The primary source for "Western Skyrim" as an entity is The Crown of Freydis. Orcs of Skyrim is the source for Falkreath being in Skyrim rather than Cyrodiil during the ESO time period. --Enodoc (talk) 17:20, 18 February 2016 (UTC)

- It's also mentioned in the The Chronicles of King Kurog and a number of lesser in-game sources, including bits of dialogue. In addition to that, ESO loremaster Lawrence Schick confirmed that in one of his interviews. --Vordur Steel-Hammer (TINV1K) 18:11, 18 February 2016 (UTC)
TESO LORE destruction again![edit]
So, TESO guys (that probably simply look at 4E Skyrim map as source of this idea), decide to include a "magic" nord hold in Falkreath at beginnings of Second Era, not by the conquest of colovian/cyrodiilic lands, but ignoring totally the LORE (Falkreath was Colovia until Septim times). Why? Because they don't include a single mention to the native colovians (or... breton-colovians) but pretends that after this Nord-Falkreath dragon break, it's normal that the next time that Falkreath is referred in History, at Hjalti/Talos young times magically Falkreath returns to the colovian normality again... A Wizard Did It! stup... errr, dear fans.

- We don't know that Falkreath was Colovian until Septim. We know it was Colovian in the First Era, and we know it was Colovian at the end of the Second Era. There's nothing to say that it couldn't have been part of Skyrim between those times; just because information of a conquest doesn't exist, that doesn't mean it didn't happen. --Enodoc (talk) 09:10, 11 October 2016 (UTC)

- Yes, we don't know. but I must disagree, I don't think that was a conscious choice by the developers. The colovians, that inhabited before and after the region are not even mentioned, orcs and nords, even reachmen, but not colovians or imperials, and for me this is "very indicative" of the real inspiration of this book. Obviously is not a direct proof. But as this is not a forum, I will try to control the expression of my personal opinions or subjetive titles. I promise.--Illo (talk) 16:21, 12 October 2016 (UTC)
