Farena Andrano was a Chimer member of the influential Andrano family of the House Redoran.[1] She was a disciple and a close companion of Sotha Sil, even before the Tribunal's ascension to godhood and one of the ancestors of Llevule Andrano,[2][3] the Archcanon of the Tribunal Temple.[4]
History[edit]
Little is known of Farena's past. She was born a Chimer, within House Redoran,[1] at some point before the War of the First Council and Battle of Red Mountain. She was a disciple and a close companion of Sotha Sil, even before the Tribunal's ascension to godhood, and was privy to certain secrets of the nature of the Tribunal's divinity, the Heart of Lorkhan, and Tribunal's enemies. She was also aware of Sunna'rah and Seht's experiments with his godly powers.[2][5] Like most of the Chimer, she was changed by the Daedric Prince Azura, became a Dunmer,[6] and eventually died at some point before the 2E 582.[5][2]
Legacy[edit]
Farena's remains were interred in the Andrano Ancestral Tomb.[1][3] She was regarded as one of the most venerable and luminary ancestors of the family, occupying a prime branch upon their family tree.[2]
In 2E 582, the Tribunal god Vivec has tasked her descendant, Llevule Andrano with summoning her spirit in order to ask her several vital questions on his behalf.[2][7][8] Farena's answers, while cryptic, provided helpful insight, and helped Vivec during the crisis caused by Barbas.[4]
