The Elder Scrolls Online - Announcement Trailer was a short video released following the official announcement of The Elder Scrolls Online. The video consists of a closeup of the Ouroboros, a symbol representing the Alliance War at the center of the game's conflict.

The official description is: Following yesterday's long-awaited reveal of The Elder Scrolls Online, we have just released the game's announcement trailer. In development at ZeniMax Online Studios, this epic MMO is the first Elder Scrolls game to allow players to explore the series' universe with others.

The Prophet narrates the following:
