Matt Firor is the studio general manager and president of ZeniMax Online Studios.

Firor joined ZeniMax Media Inc. on August 1, 2007, with the proviso to put together a team to help ZeniMax break into the MMO market. He has a long history in the MMO market, from his first unsuccessful game attempts in 1988 to being a lead producer on the successful—and ongoing—Dark Age of Camelot series of MMORPGs. In July 2024, Rich Lambert was promoted to Game Director,[2] and as Matt Firor still remains Studio Director at ZeniMax it is presumed that he has since moved onto the company's unannounced upcoming game.
