Potion of Light Magicka is a potion that restores magicka to the player over a 2.5 second time frame. As magicka replenishes by itself out of combat, the potions are only useful to use during combat encounters. If you carry a magicka potion while at 50% or lower magicka during combat, a small icon appears besides the magicka bar. When selected, it will consume the highest tier potion to restore your magicka without the need to open your inventory. The potion can be bought or brewed from an Alchemist at a level 2 or higher Alchemy Laboratory.
