The shop is small and crowded with shelves and display cases holding a variety of magical items and soul gems. Volrina herself works behind a short counter while her bodyguard stands by the door keeping watch.

A set of steps leads up to the second floor, where her private quarters are located. There are two rooms; the larger is her bedroom, which is furnished with upper-class items - a large bed, armoire, two chests of drawers, a table for eating, and a couple shelves of books. The other room is used for storage and as a workspace, and is guarded by her dog, Cerxes.
