Torlinda

Torlinda is a Redguard commoner who works from his home as a scribe. He lives with his wife Menelri.

Torlinda rises every day at 6am and gets some exercise before eating breakfast at 8am for two hours. He then works around the house until 7pm, when he eats dinner for another two hours; he does more work until 10pm, when he goes to bed.

Torlinda wears middle-class clothing (which he changes every so often) and carries some food, a moderate amount of gold, a healing potion, the key to his house, and a dagger.

The house he shares with his wife is sparsely furnished, but cozy; it consists of a combination kitchen/dining room downstairs, and a sitting room and large bedroom upstairs. The bedroom contains a large bookcase stuffed full of materials, along with a desk and two extra sets of drawers where he does his work.

Like his wife, Torlinda is a very outgoing person. He'll greet you for the first time by calling you "friend". If you mention that you've never met before, he counters with: "No, we haven't, but you seem like a nice person! My wife and I try to think the best of people, and, well, it's served us well thus far."
