Kollen

Kollen is a Breton herald who lives in the Imperial City Talos Plaza District with his brother Ivon.

Kollen gets up at 8am every morning and eats breakfast for two hours, then goes to work at the Imperial Service. He goes to Irbran's to eat dinner at 6pm, then returns home to reads a book for a few hours before going to bed at 11pm.

He wears a blue velvet outfit, blue suede shoes, and a gold ring. He carries keys to the house and office, a copy of Madness of Pelagius, and a moderate amount of gold.

The house is located in the southeast corner of the Talos Plaza District. The ground floor is split into two rooms: the entry hall is empty except for some crates and a cupboard; the inner room has a bench opposite a table with food on it. The upper floor has a sitting area with chairs and benches around a low table in the middle of the room; Ivon's bed is stuck off in a corner. The basement is Kollen's quarters; it has a bed, dining table, writing desk, and various containers for storage.
