Hector's Sundries is a store located in the Imperial City Waterfront District market that sells all manner of items.
The proprietor, Hector, has 600 gold and a Mercantile skill of 40; he buys and sells books, clothing, potions, and miscellaneous items.
The shop occupies a tent in the market at the northern end of the Watefront. It is small and cramped; rugs cover the floor and a couple dirty blankets hang on the back wall. Two sets of shelves along one wall display his wares for sale; a small table serves as Hector's counter, behind which he sits when the shop is open.
