Romithren Monastery

Romithren Monastery is a monastery high on the hills east of Lan Orethan.

It is isolated. The easiest way to find it is to travel to Dreynim, and then proceed north up the east bank of the river until you reach the Nethril Plantation, ignoring the bridges crossing the river. Once at the plantation, proceed directly east to hit the road that leads to the monastery.

Asides from the various shrines inside, the monastery has an apothecary with a range of good potions, and a large library.

It has a full set of the bells needed to enter Khalaan, if you have the correct scroll. The dormitory contains the Block skill book, 36 Lessons of Vivec, Sermon 7, while the library has the Hand-to-Hand skill book, The Prayers of Baranat, the Axe skill book 36 Lessons of Vivec, Sermon 16, the Alteration skill book 36 Lessons of Vivec, Sermon 13 and the Athletics skill book 36 Lessons of Vivec, Sermon 1. A relic - the Plume of Saint Llothis - can also be found in the library, although it lacks monetary value.

During the events of Freedom for a Fiend you may be asked to visit this monastery to kill a noble in the chapel - Theril Gilnyth. Theril and his guard will not appear unless the quest is active.
