Tro-Tuktura Pass

"Go west and you'll find yourself in the Dragonfields, on your way to the Upper Craglorn regions of Hammerfell, with the Dragontail Mountains looming over you. But only if the guards let you through the pass." – Tivara Clothgen

The Tro-Tuktura Pass is a minor border fort located within the Tro-Tuktura Canyon, along the Skyrim-Hammerfell border. Historically, the pass would have served as one connection between the Crowns-aligned Republic of Dragonstar's holdings in Hammerfell and the Reach, with a second located in the Duimachrad Canyon near where Vorngyd's Stand is now located. However, following the War of Bend'r Mahk, this pass is now the only connection between the western half of the republic's namesake in the Reach and the rest of its territory in Hammerfell.

Getting There and Around

To get to Tro-Tuktura Pass, start in Dragonstar and leave the city through it's southwestern gate. Follow the road southwest into the canyon until you reach the fort.

Places of Interest Around Tro-Tuktura Pass

The Dragonfields, Upper Craglorn, and Dragontail Mountains regions of Hammerfell can be found west of the pass, though it is currently impossible to pass through the fort located here to reach them.
