Thesigir Chasm

Thesigir Chasm is a deep cave filled with outlaws to the east of Anvil.

It can be reached by leaving Anvil from its main gate, and turning right onto the first dirt path that branches off the Gold Road (just before the stone bridge). Following this path will take you to the Ossius Ranch, with the chasm entrance lying behind the ranch's southern wall.

The bandit group within Thesigir are led by Nirram, with the leader of the Anvil Fighters Guild, Palagrius Vinicius, sending you to kill this individual during Perils of Thesigir. The deeper portion of the cavern contains the nest of the fearsome Thesigir Alphyn - another of Palagrius' suggested targets.

Nirram's Log lies upon the table near the Redguard, and details the group's fear of the alphyn's sounds emanating from the chasm's depths. The bandit boss herself bears a valuable Glass War Axe. The most notable treasure of the cave is a Daedric Naginata. This weapon is lodged into a boulder in the flooded, northernmost chamber of the Deeps area. A Fiend Katana can additionally be found in the alphyn's chamber, and an Adamantium Helm sits on the ledge above the beast (requiring levitation to reach).
