Strict Quarantine is awarded for defeating Matriarch Lladi Telvanni in Veteran Bal Sunnar without anyone taking hit from Pus Sacks.
Pus Sacks are exploding sacks, that Matriach occasionally summons by slamming her staff against the ground. They spawn under each player, and quickly charge up and explode. This attack can be dodged, or, if players keep moving, walked out of. To earn the achievement, the group needs to consistently avoid these explosions through the whole battle.
