He can be spoken to during Danger in the Holds:
- "People I know … changed into mindless creatures. Or worse. What a dimsmal day!"
After completing Danger in the Holds, he will say:
- "Some folk want to rebuild, but I don't think I'll stay. What those witches did has cursed the very ground under our feet."
